Our warranty will cover 3 years after B/L date:
For the first year we will provide free parts support on EXW basis to enable our buyer to replace/repair any non-human defective work. For the 2nd and 3rd year, we will provide parts support at cost price to enable the buyer to replace/repair any non-human defectives pieces. In both cases, all costs related to delivery, logistics and handling charges will be paid by client. Warranty does not apply to goods which, after our inspection, are determined to have been damaged due to human damage, accident, improper usage or normal wear.
